The Experience

An honest, observational approach to photographing family life.

Calm, natural sessions with space to be yourselves — at home or outdoors.

What to expect

Sessions are relaxed and unhurried. I offer light direction when it helps, then step back to let things unfold naturally.

There’s no pressure to perform, smile on cue, or have everything perfectly in place. Children can move, adults can pause, and moments are allowed to happen in their own time. What matters most is not how things look, but how they feel while they’re happening.

A shared presence

This way of working is a collaboration.

During our time together, I encourage you to step away from everyday distractions and tasks, and to be present with one another. When there’s space and attention, connection has room to surface. The more willing you are to slow down and show up as you are, the more honestly I can tell your story.

Guidance, not posing

I’ll guide you gently when it helps — suggesting simple movement or ways of being together — but I won’t choreograph or stage scenes.

The most meaningful moments usually arrive once attention shifts away from the camera and back to each other. Being present, engaged, and connected with one another is far more important than doing anything “right” for the photograph.

Next steps

If this way of working feels like a good fit, you’re welcome to get in touch via the contact form below.

Once we’ve connected and confirmed availability, I’ll send over a contract to make things official. A CHF 100 booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance due shortly before our session.

Before we meet, I’ll share a short questionnaire to help me get a sense of your family and what matters to you. It allows me to come prepared — while leaving plenty of room for things to unfold naturally when we’re together.
