General

By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• You have reviewed my portfolio and are familiar with my photographic style, including framing, colour treatment, editing approach, and overall aesthetic.

• I collect your name and email address to plan your session and deliver your images. From time to time, you may also receive updates or offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

• I work Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Wednesdays. Weekend availability is limited and often books well in advance.

• The Mini Collection is available on weekdays only (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).

• Travel is included within 25 km of Geneva. Sessions further afield can be arranged upon request.

• Session fees may change until a booking is confirmed.

• Sessions include up to 6 participants. Additional participants are CHF 50 per person.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrival will reduce the time available for the session.

• Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in case of unsuitable weather (heavy rain, strong wind, storms).

• Sessions may be rescheduled once due to illness (yours or mine).

• A non-refundable booking fee of CHF 100 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the session.

• Collections can be purchased as gift vouchers and are valid for 12 months. The session must be booked and take place within this period. Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

 

Image Editing & Delivery

• I carefully select and edit your images, which are delivered via a private online gallery within up to 4 weeks of the session.

• Express delivery (within 3 business days) is available for CHF 100.

• Prints and albums are delivered approximately 4 weeks after final approval. Shipping within Switzerland is included; international shipping fees may apply.

• Additional images or collection upgrades can be purchased at any time.

• Images are edited in Lightroom only. I do not alter physical features or apply artificial retouching.

• Unedited images and RAW files are not provided.

• Final image files are stored for 3 months from the session date. After this period, files are permanently deleted. Please ensure you download and back up your images in time.

 

Privacy & Copyright

• I may ask for permission to feature your images on my website, social media, or printed materials. Your consent will always be requested, and you may grant or withdraw it at any time.

• You are welcome to use your images for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as printing, sharing with friends and family, or posting on social media). Please credit my work where possible.

• I retain full copyright of the images. Please do not crop, edit, apply filters, or otherwise alter the images without written permission.

• Commercial use of the images requires prior written consent.

 

Health & Safety

• For outdoor sessions, please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. Insect repellent is recommended, especially for children.

• We’ll work together to ensure the session is as safe and comfortable as possible.

• By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own and your family’s safety and release me from liability for incidents that may occur during the shoot.

 

A final word

My priority is to create a calm, respectful experience — especially for children. I’ll offer gentle guidance rather than poses, allowing moments to unfold naturally.

Think of the parents as the frame, and the children as the art moving freely within it.
