By booking a Christmas Mini Session, you agree to the following terms:

Session

Christmas Mini Sessions will take place on Saturday, 7 November 2026 at Atelier Ivoire in Geneva.

Each booking includes:

• one 30-minute photography session

• a private online selection gallery

• 8 professionally edited digital images of your choice

The session fee is CHF 350.

Booking & payment

The full session fee of CHF 350 is payable at the time of booking.

Your time slot is confirmed only once payment has been received. Due to the limited number of sessions available, bookings cannot be held without payment.

Cancellation & illness

Christmas Mini Sessions are a special event taking place on one fixed date. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another regular session date.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to refill your time slot. If the slot can be booked by another family, your payment can be transferred as credit towards a future session with Slowikowska Photography.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the Christmas Mini event, you will receive a full refund.

Arrival & lateness

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so please arrive a few minutes before your booked time.

If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the originally scheduled time and may therefore be shorter. Arrivals that are too late to allow the session to take place will be treated as a missed session and will not be refunded.

Children & the session

There is no expectation for children to sit still, smile on command or behave in any particular way. Sessions are relaxed and photographed in my natural, child-led style.

Parents remain responsible for supervising their children throughout the session.

Images & editing

You will receive a private online gallery from which you can select the 8 images included in your booking.

Additional images may be purchased separately if you wish.

All final images are individually edited in the signature style of Slowikowska Photography. RAW or unedited files are not provided.

Delivery

Your final edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery in time for Christmas.

Copyright & personal use

Copyright remains with Slowikowska Photography. Your purchased digital images are provided for unlimited personal use and may be printed and shared with family and friends.

Commercial use, resale or further editing of the photographs is not permitted without prior written agreement.

Image sharing

Your images will not be used publicly without your permission. Any permission to share photographs on my website, social media or other marketing materials will be requested separately and is not a condition of booking.
